Terms of Service

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.

What RankUp does

RankUp provides tools for keyword research, content generation and editing, SEO analysis, rank tracking, plagiarism checking and publishing to connected sites. We may add, change or remove features over time. Some features depend on third-party services, and may be limited or unavailable if those services change or go down.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy
• Generate or publish content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful or harmful
• Produce spam, malware, or content designed to manipulate search results deceptively
• Attempt to breach, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
• Use automated means to extract data beyond what the product offers
• Share your account with others beyond the seats you have paid for

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit and the content you generate using RankUp. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to operate the service for you — for example, sending it to an AI provider to edit, or publishing it to a site you have connected.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including making sure you have the rights to any material you upload and that what you publish is accurate and lawful.

AI-generated content

RankUp uses AI models to generate and edit text and images. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, out of date, or resemble existing material. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing anything you publish. We make no warranty that generated content is original, accurate or fit for any purpose, and we do not guarantee it will not resemble content produced for another user.

No ranking guarantee

Search rankings and AI citations are controlled by Google and other third parties, not by us. Our tools provide analysis, recommendations and estimates. Metrics such as search volume, difficulty and position come from third-party sources and may be approximate or delayed. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or business outcome.

Third-party services

When you connect an external account — Google, your CMS, or another integration — you authorise us to access it as needed to provide the feature. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice, effective from your next billing period. Usage limits may apply to each plan.

Availability

We work to keep RankUp available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and features may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or events outside our control.

Our intellectual property

RankUp, its software, design and branding belong to Scorp Tech. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer any ownership in it to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop using RankUp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination your right to use the service ends; export anything you want to keep beforehand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. We will revise the date at the top and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use RankUp after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
